Seed Sampler

• With the help of a lead, connect the timing control box to the intake unit.
• The intake unit is connected to the representative sample collection box via a hose pipe clamped to it.
• Connect timing control box adapter to 220V AC supply single phase.
• Specify the time to turn off in hours or minutes. On time is set to 0.2 seconds on the timing control box which means the intake unit opens its shutter to take the seed/grain from the machine and closes according to the set on time in seconds by the user. A wheat sample of about 30- 50gms is taken at this time when on time is set to 0.2 seconds.
• Make sure the sampler is running and collect representative samples from the collection box.

Note: Set the off timing in hours or minutes according to processing lot size.
Example:-
A processing plant with a capacity of 4 tons per hour must be able to process 40 tons of material in 10 hours. Then you will get 140 grams approximately per hour if you set the timing in the control box to 15 minutes. Approximately 1.4kg of seed/grain should be collected after 10 hours.
