Seed/Grain Pre Cleaner

Description:
The Pre cleaners are used for rough cleaning of seeds and grain in the plant. Raw or uncleaned seed/grain received from production sites before they are finely cleaned. The Seeds and grains have a lot of impurities like sticks, husk, inert matter, dead insects , stones, dust and plant parts when it is harvested and threshed. To clean it partially it is fed to Pre Cleaner where it is cleaned at high speed separating most unwanted material like light chaff, stalk, soil, infested seeds, immature seeds, under size seeds, oversized seeds etc. so that the Fine Cleaner can do its basic function of Fine cleaning and proper size grading. Indosaw Pre Cleaner has many special features like three screen layers, wooden deck, top mounted blower, low noise, sturdy and strong machine, screw conveyor for removal of impurities.
CNC machine is used for high precision in manufacturing and so the operational performance is highly efficient.

Seed/Grain Fine Cleaner

Description:
Fine Cleaner ( Air Screen Cleaner) is very important machine in the seed processing plant. Fine cleaner machine cleans and grades the seeds very minutely to get finally good cleaned and graded seeds. The seeds are divided in to many grades and one can collect different grade seeds separately. Fine cleaner is the heart of any seed processing plant. Fine cleaner uses aerodynamics to separate light impurities like chaff, dust, light seeds, gloom, broken seeds by strong steam of air passing across the seeds flow from feeding hopper to screens. The grading is done on weight , shape and mainly size basis. Indosaw Fine Cleaner machine has many special features like three screen layers, top mounted blower, wooden deck, structurally sturdy and strong, low noise, low vibration and screw conveyor to collect the impurities from Air Chamber.
The Fine cleaner machine is fabricated with use of CNC machine for cutting, bending and shaping as a result there is high precision in machine operational performance. The machine is painted with two coats of red oxide for rust proof and two coats of anamal paint for long life and durability and aesthetics.

Gravity Separator

It is a very important machine to separate seeds or grains of the same size but having difference in density/weight. This machine is important in most of the seed processing plant to separate cleaned seeds on Pre Cleaner and Fine Cleaner machines but havig difference in density or weight of seeds. . Fluidized bed of seeds/grain forms on the perforated deck with air blowing from the bottom air blowers separates seed/grain in mainly three grades light, medium and bold seeds. There are main five adjustments in the Gravity Separator machine Feeding, Air volume, End Angle of Deck, Side angle of Deck, and oscillation of deck. These five adjustment togather has to be set right to get precise separation on the basis of weight of different grades of The deck vibration is controlled by a variable frequency AC drive with an AC moto to accurately separate the heavy seed from the light seed.
