Description:
An automatic sealing machine is designed to create airtight seals on packaging materials such as bags, pouches, or containers. The process typically involves feeding the material, sealing the edges using heat and/or pressure, and in some cases, trimming excess material. The system operates in accordance with standard injection moulding processes, using an injection mold.
The controller and display function independently to ensure high reliability. Its logically structured interface and clearly defined functions make the machine easy, user-friendly, and efficient to operate. A screen saver function helps extend the life of the LCD display.
The display is designed with intuitive indicators to assist with both operation and maintenance. A hardware interlock system is in place to protect against unauthorized access or modifications to molding parameters, preserving machine performance.
The machine features a closed-loop barrel temperature control system, ensuring precise and consistent temperature regulation up to 999°C.
All electrical control components are neatly arranged, securely connected, and housed within dustproof and waterproof electrical cabinets, providing safety and durability in demanding industrial environments.
