Gravity Separator
Item Code : 6838
Description:
The machine separates seeds of similar size based on differences in their specific gravity. When specific gravity is nearly uniform, separation is achieved through size variation.
It features a feed hopper, adjustable deck alignment, and a control panel to operate key components including the power socket, blower, cradle, and seed flow switch. Airflow is precisely regulated using a graduated scale, and a deck drive allows for adjustment of vibration intensity.
The sorted grains are collected in five pans—starting with the heaviest grains in the first pan, followed by progressively lighter grains in the remaining pans.
- Eccentric speed can be regulated, which is useful for different type of seeds using V.F.D.
- Five different types of output samples based on their density are collected in separate containers.
- Easly interchangeable deck, which helps in changing the deck with different types of sieves without consuming time.
