Description:
This machine allows the bag to be placed directly onto the conveyor belt after filling it with the desired material.
CONVEYOR BELT: Transports the bag from the clamping station to the stitching head.
STITCHING HEAD: The conveyor belt positions the bags under the stitching head for stitching. Once stitched, the bags move forward for further processing.
With a simple press of the switch, the closer operates smoothly, requiring the operator only to guide the process. Designed with an improved looper and a straightforward mechanism, this machine is ideal for sealing filled bags containing agricultural products, fertilizers, chemicals, flour, cattle feed, sugar, rice, dal, pulses, and more.
It is suitable for closing bags and sacks made from multi-wall paper, cotton, hessian, jute, jute-laminated material, PP/PE woven cloth, and other materials. Ensuring trouble-free, continuous operation, it efficiently seals bags on both bagging lines and in the field.
The machine features quiet operation, utilizing high-grade, wear-resistant components to minimize noise, unlike traditional machines with steel cams that produce loud sounds. Additionally, it includes a safe handle for proper insulation.
