Seed Grader/Paddy Cleaner

When a sample is fed into the feed hopper, it passes onto the first screen, which has a mesh size larger than the healthy sample seed. Impurities mixed with the sample that are larger than the sample seed are removed and ejected through a semi-rectangular chute placed on one side of the machine. The seed and smaller impurities, which are smaller than the mesh size of the top screen, fall onto the second screen. Here, impurities such as dust and small dead seeds pass through the mesh, while light impurities are blown out into a dual-section tray.

Impurities smaller than the healthy seeds are pushed out of a semi-circular chute on the opposite side of the machine, while the cleaned sample falls by gravity into a wooden tray placed in the lower chamber. The unit is self-contained and uses gravity to clean the sample. Impurities such as husks collect in the air removal tray. The unit features an air control lever, feed hopper, air intake window, and a 220VAC / 50Hz electric motor for smooth operation.
