Utilizing advanced cluster separation algorithms, the INDOSAW Seed/Grain Analyzer assesses the morphological parameters of rice seeds from flatbed scanner images.
- Seed/Grain Analyzer: The system calculates key metrics such as length, breadth, L/B ratio, and Shape factor the area of each grain like Sorghum (Jowar), Bajara (Pearl Millet), Bengal Gram (Chana), Maize (Makka), Paddy (Dhan), Wheat (Gheu) and Pluses etc.
- It classifies grain into categories defined by the user, such as Head, Big Broken, Small Broken with shape factor parameters.
- Automated Rice Analysis Classification data is recorded in a database, enabling easy access and retrieval by rice grain names.
- It determines the weight of individual grains based on morphological parameters, either using the total weight of grains in the image or the weight of a thousand grains. This feature provides valuable insights into the weight distribution and quality of the grain.
Additional Features
For further analysis, the system provides graphical and textual outputs detailing the number of grains in each category and their specific parameters. The Seed Analyser software is protected with a USB dongle to ensure secure access.
